Shipping conditions

Delivery takes place on working days from Monday to Friday. We ship with GLS. After placing your order, you will receive an e-mail from the service provider informing you that your parcel is about to be delivered.

You can view the current delivery status at any time via the delivery tracking function in your customer account under "My orders".

Shipping Germany with GLS

if your order is to be delivered within Germany, it will be sent to you by GLS. This means that our parcels are delivered to you every working day from Monday to Saturday. Normally, parcels dispatched by us are delivered within 3-4 days. Unfortunately, we cannot give you a more precise delivery date for standard shipping, as it is solely up to GLS to decide on which day a parcel will be delivered.
As soon as your order has been dispatched, you will receive a dispatch confirmation by e-mail with a link to track your parcel. You can also track the current delivery status at any time in your customer account under "My orders".

No delivery to packing stations!

Delivery time

We will process your order as soon as we receive it. Your order is currently dispatched within 2-4 working days for items in stock. We do everything we can to keep the delivery time as short as possible for you. The delivery itself normally takes place within 48 hours after your order has been dispatched by us.

Shipping costs?

For deliveries within Germany, the shipping costs are 5.40 euros for orders under 100 euros. Above this amount, shipping costs are free of charge.
The shipping costs for deliveries abroad to an EU country can be found in the list under the section "Shipping Europe".

This applies to all end consumers.

Not at home?

If you are not at home when GLS attempts to deliver your order, you will find a notification card in your letterbox.

Transport damage?

Despite all due care, damage may occur during transport. In this case, we will of course refund the damaged items free of charge. The parcels are of course insured.

However, please note the following procedure:
Transport damage must be reported to the carrier immediately upon receipt of the goods. Please also inform "UAB" Janos Iger naturelus produktai" immediately of any transport damage found.

Return of goods

If you wish to return goods, please inform us in advance by e-mail. Thank you for your understanding and co-operation.
The customer must bear the costs of the return, provided that the goods delivered correspond to those ordered.

Shipping Europe with GLS

Deliveries abroad to an EU country are delivered by GLS on working days from Monday to Saturday.
Normally, parcels sent by us are delivered within 5 working days.

IMPORTANT!

Unfortunately, deliveries to Spain are often problematic as delivery does not always work. For this reason, we do not guarantee the delivery of these consignments and the customer bears the full risk. The delivery address must be filled in correctly and a name plate/bell must be present.

For orders from Switzerland, Ireland and Great Britain, there is a maximum order value of 999 euros per order!

Environmentally friendly shipping

Our shipping material consists of cardboard boxes and filling material collected from companies and private individuals in our neighbourhood, which would otherwise be disposed of. We collect these regularly.
We ask for your understanding, we simply go environmentally friendly ways!

Paypal
PayPal is a simple and secure option for online payments: this service allows you to make online payments without having to enter your bank details during the transaction. As soon as you have a PayPal account, your bank or credit card details are stored with PayPal. Therefore, they are not sent over the Internet every time you make an online purchase. When paying with PayPal, podomedi.com will forward you directly to the PayPal website via a secure connection. There you log in to your PayPal account with your e-mail address and password and confirm the payment - done.

Please note that all parcels with the DHL freight collect service will not be accepted by us.

Further details on payment

The invoice amount must be settled within 14 days when paying by invoice.
