As a therapist, you cannot help but be aware of the importance of your energetic state when working with patients, no matter what therapy is involved. However, some sessions can be particularly difficult, tiring, distressing, exhausting or even destabilising. It is crucial to be well rooted and at the same time open to subtle vibrations. Duration and method of use: Sit relaxed but with a straight back without crossing your legs (if you are sitting on a chair). Sit on a cushion with your legs crossed. Hold the shungite cylinder in your left hand and the talc chloride cylinder in your right hand. Place your hands on your knees, keeping the cylinders upright. Close your eyes. Concentrate on your physical sensations and pay attention to your breathing to overcome your ingrained thinking. Then observe and feel the flow of energy in your body.
