Our wild herb mixture comes from the eastern region of Europe and is collected by hand. Mineral-rich soils provide a perfect basis for all wild plants, which complement each other and exchange information. This is exactly what the plants from monocultures lack.

The special blend of bitter herbs helps the body to detoxify.

Preparation:

Take 2 teaspoons of herbs per 1 litre of water. Pour warm water (approx. 50°C) over the herbs and leave to infuse for approx. 3-4 hours.

Die besten Wild-/Bitterkräuter die es für mich gibt. Ich mahle die Kräuter zu deinem Pulver und nehme sie 1-2 x täglich ein. Mein Magen, Darm und meine Leber jubilieren. Irrtümlich nahm ich für einen Liter Wasser 2 Esslöffel, was trotzdem nicht zu bitter war und mein Verlangen nach Kaffee reduzierte. Zwei meiner Freundinnen konnte ich mit meiner Begeisterung für diese Kräuter anstecken.
