For the application, 3 kilograms of shungite chippings are required to obtain a basic force of energy. These are placed in a small tub of warm water (preferably 37°C) and filled up to the ankles. After two to three weeks, take a break and continue in this rhythm. The shungite discolours (shungite dust dissolves). Rinse under running water before using for the first time.

Duration and method of use: Sit relaxed but with a straight back without crossing your legs (if you are sitting on a chair). Sit on a cushion with your legs crossed. Hold the shungite cylinder in your left hand and the talc chloride cylinder in your right hand. Place your hands on your knees, keeping the cylinders upright. Close your eyes. Concentrate on your physical sensations and pay attention to your breathing to overcome your ingrained thinking. Then observe and feel the flow of energy in your body.
