The stinging nettle is one of the oldest fibrous plants, which our ancestors used to make clothing, bed linen, insoles and so on. Even kings and tsars slept in nettle bed linen. They still knew that bed linen and underlays made from nettle fabrics supported sleep. It is deeper, firmer, more restful, even dreaming is more intense than in cotton or silk, for example. After a restful sleep in this wonderful material, you have more energy and strength and, most importantly, you are positively charged. Your energy field clears and strengthens.

In the fairy tales by Christian Andersen, the sister had to make shirts from nettle for her brothers who had been transformed into swans. So that they could be transformed back into human beings. Perhaps "modern" people also need such fabrics to remember who they really are.
