Salt crystals for the production of brine.
Preparation of brine approx. 26 % : Fill a glass with high-quality KönigsSalz crystals and natural water. After approx. two hours, a solution with a salt content of approx. 26 % is created. If the water becomes less, top up. The crystals should always be covered with water.
Applications: Oral and dental care (for bleeding gums, periodontal disease and bad breath), brine compresses (for joint pain, muscle tension etc.), seasoning (saturated natural salt brine is ideal for seasoning. It is applied to food in liquid form and therefore mixes perfectly).
Preparation Brine approx. 10 % : Mix 400 ml saturated brine (see above) with 1000 ml water. Applications: Brine inhalation (inhale for 10 - 15 minutes with your head covered), for applying to skin irritations, for foot baths.

Applications: Eye and nasal rinses (a one per cent brine is ideal for naturally moistening the nasal mucous membranes and eyes),
Brine bath (so that the body is not stressed, the bath temperature should be 37 degrees Celsius. A bathing time of approx. 20 minutes is recommended. Please do not use soap, bath foam or the like and do not shower afterwards. To relax, rest for approx. 25 minutes wrapped in a towel).
